The Hayden board of trustees comprises representatives from local Catholic parishes, including priests, parents, alumni and community supporters, who provide oversight for the school's strategic plan, budget and managed growth initiatives. The board reviews the president's performance and supports mission-driven development activities that enhance Hayden's faith-based academic curriculum and extracurricular offerings and foster pride through communication and beautification efforts. Board members also serve on subcommittees established through the board's 2009 visioning exercise that focus on facilities, financial strength, student enrollment, technology and teacher salaries.
